Mark and his team offer a very pointed and site specific training evolution based program in a number of critical care areas of care. They are well known for ACLS and PALS but their courses in combat medicine, field triage and disaster response areas of care are what they have become really famous for in the Special Medical Operations world. Literally no one has their level of operational experience and depth of knowledge and if I may say, stirling character. Extremely efficient cats under the most austere of conditions his team is. "By Strength and Guile' dear CIMRO lads... see you again in the fall.

I became familiar with CIMRO when the team came to Guyana to provide free training in PALS for the Paediatric Residents. Special training in the insertion of intraosseus needles was also done. CIMRO has been instrumental in the education of residents in Guyana under the leadership of a fantastic team. Mark and Jay made several trips to Guyana and has provided resources that are important for Paediatric care locally. I have had the pleasure of becoming a PALS instructor through the training from CIMRO. In addition, Mark and Jay thought me how to run simulation exercises and employing different techniques for adult learners. I am extremely proud to be a product of CIMRO and a part of CIMRO.

Mark Cameron was the Course Instructor in 2015 when I first renewed my ACLS course at Sunnybrook. I was really impressed with his character and the way he presented the course in a memorable way! My previous experiences taking this type of critical care course were much less favourable and not as conducive to learning. I continued to choose Sunnybrook for my CME because of Mark. He is a Fantastic instructor and “down to earth” kinda guy! I have since chosen CIMRO for CME and will do so until I retire😊 Thank you for the great work you do, not only here in Canada but all over the world! Simply put, I like to learn from The Best! Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher. – Japanese Proverb I've been trained and certified by many instructors in the past years. Every year I'd sit through classes feeling super anxious because often I was unsure if I fully understood what I had read in the manuals. Many times I felt more confused by the instructors' explanations and teachings. Mark is the only instructor whom a) didn't make me feel anxious and b) who can have a classroom of people with different levels of education and make us all UNDERSTAND the same thing together. This is PARAMOUNT! CIMRO is the only place I will get certified and recertified. Thank You!

Dear Mark, On behalf of all of our staff here at Dental Care Asleep, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and extend a big “Thank you” to you and CIMRO for sharing your expertise, experience, and of course sense of humor at our recent PALS certification. One of the things that I and my staff appreciated in particular was that the course was kept very practical and relevant to our particular ambulatory setting. I reached out to you in particular for our training as I thought the best professionals to present to us the materials was someone with real life experiences and “rubber hits the road” type understanding of the topics at hand. Additionally, to be able to present it and transfer this knowledge to another is an additional talent that few possess and of which you clearly demonstrate to the highest level. We would also like to say thank you for the wonderful Black Rifle coffee smell wafting through our office this summer and the beautiful orchid that graces our front desk! It’s a daily reminder of the delicate nature of life that makes it so special! Our patients admire it daily. Sincerely, Jason Wong
